Stain Removal

We have never, ever!, promised to remove any stains over the phone – it’s just not possible to whisk away every mark. That said we have the latest equipment and every type of detergent and cleaning agent under the sun so there isn’t much we can’t remove!

If we give you a quote over the phone then this will usually include stain removal. If the staining is unusually bad, or there is a lot of it (nosebleeds are a common culprit!), then we may need to charge a supplementary fee. We would always assess any stains and agree this charge before we start work.
