We use the tried and tested method of hot water extraction to suck up the dirt and grime from your carpets. It is an environmentally friendly and non-toxic method of cleaning your carpets. Unlike most smaller carpet cleaning firms we are Prochem trained at their facility in Hampshire and we use all Prochem equipment.

First we power vacuum your carpets to remove loose dust and soil. This is followed by a powerful pre-treatment to break down the dirt, grease and grime. The final step is a detergent rinse to remove these treatment agents. A highly powerful vacuum sucks the moisture from your carpets. Your carpets will not be dry in 30 minutes, as you can sometimes find advertised, but this is because they will have been cleaned throughly and effectively by the appropriate cleaning agents. Most carpets we clean are dry within 5-8 hours but we can give you a better estimate on the day.
